  • Distribution of Functions and Finalization of Program
  • Final Design & Proposal Drawings [a. Plans b. Elevations & other required Drawings]
  • Approval of Proposal Drawings and 3Ds from the Client
  • Preparation of Approval Drawings for different authorities.
  • Working Drawings Development [Plan, Elevation, Section & Other Architectural Details]
  • Structural + Electrical + Plumbing and others
  • Top Supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE RENDERED BY CLIENT

  • Survey Documents & Soil Investigation Report to be supplied by Client. (Requested to be done by Experienced and trusted Professionals).
  • Responsibility for processing and taking Authority Approval.
  • Responsibility for taking clearance from different Authorities. (if requires)
